A bizarre incident occurred on October 24 in India, where a sister-in-law bit her brother-in-law's genitals during a family quarrel, requiring as many as 55 stitches.

A 37-year-old man named Rajneesh sustained severe injuries during the family dispute that took place on October 24 and had to be rushed to hospital.

The altercation began when the uncle, Rajneesh, beat his sister-in-law's young son, and the child reported it back to his mother, Gayatri, who then went to confront her brother-in-law Rajneesh and his family, leading to the argument, according to local news reports.

As both sides exchanged words, the situation escalated and turned into a physical fight, during which Rajneesh became enraged and stripped off his clothes, local news reported. At that point, the sister-in-law Gayatri pushed Rajneesh to the ground and bit his genitals, causing severe injuries, it was reported.

Hearing Rajneesh's screams for help from the pain, his father, who lived nearby, came over and immediately took him to the local health department.

Afterward, because the injuries were so severe, doctors had to transfer Rajneesh to Hallet Hospital in Kanpur, where he required up to 55 stitches, it was learned.

Regarding the incident, Rajneesh's wife, Suman, has filed a complaint at the police station against the sister-in-law Gayatri and her husband, Pushparaj.

Police have confirmed they have received the complaint and have begun investigations, and said they will continue to take further legal action based on the findings of the investigation.
